Shipping Policy

We provide FREE ground shipping, via the United States Postal Service (USPS), to the contiguous 48 United States.
For Alaska, Hawaii and international orders, standard USPS ground rates apply. Email ron.rickel@andrewssm.com if you have a question regarding shipping costs.
All orders received before 12PM (CST) on Monday – Friday, will be shipped the same day.
All orders received after 12PM (CST) on Monday – Thursday, will be shipped the following day.
All orders received after 12PM (CST) on Friday – Sunday, will be mailed no later than noon the following Monday.

Return & Exchange Policy

First, if you have a need to consider a return, you likely ordered some Andrews Sports Medicine gear from us. Which means we owe you a “THANK YOU!”

All sales are final. No refunds.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product(s) for another one (different size or color).
You may exchange new, unworn items within 15 days of delivery.
You are responsible for the shipping cost of any items in which you request exchange.
